Is possible to insert IP allowed into [crossdomain] in a dynamic way into palabre server and Flash client ?

No it's not possible, because it's not Palabre that checks for authorized domains or not.
Palabre only sends the crossdomain policy xml nodes with the list of allowed domains and then Flash Player checks wether ot not it is calld from this domains.
A the end, Palabre never knows which domain the clien is from.
