Mostly : What kind of application is running on it , how many messages / sec . will be received, the worst acceptable latency .... For info I succesfully tested it with about 500 clients sending 2/3 messages / sec on an old server (1ghz/512ram) The CPU is very important to allow fast parsing of XML and the bandwidth too ... Have fun !
