I don't think that it's going to be easy to migrate from flashcom to Palabre. The process is really not the same, and Palabre is only meant to "connect" multiple Flash clients together. There is currently no "serverside" scripting implemented. You can create rooms, send room messages, private messages, but you can't define specific serverside actions through Palabre. The rooms in Palabre doesn't have the same "urls" scheme that Flashcomm. You don't create "rooms" on the server but rooms are automaticaly created when the first client joins them (currently no persistent rooms). Palabre acts more like an IRC server and is only usefull for multiplayer actions.
