To create a sub room use the following node :

<addchild parentroom="nameoftheexistingroom" childroom="nameofthenewroom" />

and you will receive something like :

<room name="nameofthenewroom" clients="2" parent="nameoftheexistingroom" >
</room>

you can create also subrooms of subrooms , ...
